Earth: Discover & Define
Earth embodies the foundation of our process. In this phase, we establish what to build and why, setting a solid base through market research and stakeholder insights. This foundational work paves the way for the stages to follow.
In the Discover and Define stage, we lay the foundation by precisely defining what needs to be built and why. Through market research and stakeholder alignment, we establish key requirements and objectives, creating a solid base for the project's success.

Fire: Go to Market & Customize
Fire embodies the intense phase where real users test your product. This heat refines and strengthens the product, forging it into its best form. Blaze through challenges to ensure your product emerges strong and resilient.
In the Go to Market & Customize stage, we monitor usage metrics, plug gaps, and customize as needed. We also develop sales materials, create marketing collateral, and secure certifications and partnerships to ensure a successful launch.
